For context, I made this slide for a talk I gave on PROs - patients r the only reliable source of data on QOL, severity of sympt/AEs & impact on daily life. Grade 1 can impact, esp when persistent & managing them is a $$ tox! Tolerable is @ being able to function, to LIVE. #LCSM

Things are changing so fast it is hard to keep up with the new treatments. Second opinions help. Also join IASLC and go to World Lung Conf.

@LUNGevity trials can be found through second opinions at leading lung cancer centers, Lungevity, and NCI websites

It would be really interesting to do liquid biopsies in combination with LDCT screening, and people (including us) are starting to do it

Definitely - there are many slightly different ones, as well as several completely different classes of drugs and combos with standard ones
