ELON MUSK ON HOW HE HIRES PEOPLE Elon doesn’t hire based on fancy degrees, years of experience at big companies, or impressive titles. He looks for something much rarer and more valuable: “I think it’s a good idea to hire for talent and drive and trustworthiness. I think goodness of heart is important. I’ve underweighted that at one point. So are they a good person, trustworthy, smart and talented, and hardworking? If so, you can add domain knowledge, but those fundamental traits, those fundamental properties, you cannot change.” That’s the filter. Talent, drive, trustworthiness, and goodness of heart come first. Domain knowledge can be learned. This is why Tesla, SpaceX, The Boring Company, Neuralink, and xAI have been able to move so fast and achieve what others thought was impossible — they hire exceptional people who actually care about the mission.

If there is going to be a forthcoming story (ie. probing her associations with Epstein, Maxwell or figures like Paolo Zampolli), I wonder if it’s meant to serve as a warning/attempt to pressure Trump in some way in light of current events? Doesn’t feel like an isolated event.
