The kaito slop poster beggars should not be claiming any more than 100 usd on a potential $POLY airdrop Hopefully the team is competent enough to build a distribution that favours actual traders that have millions of their own money on the line and not ref link KOLs and so on. Filter wash trading volume, nuke their allo to zero, filter blind LP bids, take active days into consideration, reward LP provided, reward sponsorships, and ultimately reward active days and volume. @williamlegate @mustafap0ly

It's linear as you said, 100 $PAPER for every dollar until 2m, so there is no reward for being "early" as long as you are in those 2m. 2m profit for the lp is not small, you can check how much profit other perp dexes vaults make. Then you can get some rewards for those tokens while the lp makes more profit -> creates more papers and dilutes the profits. This is not something to make money on, you will see. This can only be a small "loss refund" for ur losses, nothing else.

people think maximalism means never selling. maybe it's the opposite: handing over governance when others are desperate for it, then buying it back when the room empties out

@yri911 I disagree, the lp rewards is one of the best sybil resistant metrics for the airdrop that they could use. You need both LP's and traders for polymarket to work, both will be incentivized for sure.

it's a big mistake. People used Polymarket for years with almost 0 lp rewards and orderbook was ok. And will continue to use even without lp rewards. Because they trade against other traders not market makers it's a trading protocol not lp farming defi if they want they can incentive lp reward farmers with future $POLY token if there will be no traders and only lp farmers who tf needs it at all?

Polymarket airdrop criteria are absolutely clear. There are only 2 possible options: Linear Airdrop a) Volume + position holding time b) Multipliers for LP rewards, active days and being early Everyone gets what they deserve. Tier-Based Airdrop This path would give Polymarket real decentralization. The criteria are the same. Don’t forget: Polymarket is a prediction market, not a farming protocol. LP rewards can’t be the main criteria - only a multiplier. It’s important to filter out sybils, wash traders, and bots. Additionally, something could be allocated to content creators (don't forget to connect your X account to your Polymarket acc) . And there will probably be extra rewards for inviting referrals as well. Are you sidelined, anon? Snapshot hasn’t been taken yet. Sign up before it’s too late: polymarket.com/?r=wealth

@bored2boar Liquidity matters more to the platform than some wash traders, they need liquidity more than they need volume, if they don’t incentivize liquidity their orderbooks die on tge, then nobody can trade. It’s also way harder to farm than liquidity is, you take on a lot of risk.

🚨 FOR $POLY AIRDROP FARMERS Nobody is talking about how airdrop should actually be structured. Here is my honest take and why it matters for every active Polymarket user right now: The platforms that got airdrops right, had one thing in common. (Hyperliquid for example) They rewarded real usage. Not farming behavior designed specifically to game the criteria. Here is what a fair $POLY distribution should look like in my opinion: Core criteria should be three things only. Total volume traded. Total trade count. Number of days active on the platform. These three metrics together accurately reflect a genuine long-term Polymarket user. Hard to fake. Hard to game quickly. Directly tied to what the platform is actually built for. LP farming and market sponsorships should be multipliers on top of the base allocation. Not core criteria. Something like 1.2x or 1.3x for consistent LP providers. The platform is a prediction market, not a liquidity farming protocol. Making LP a core criteria incentivizes behavior that has nothing to do with the actual product. Plenty of LP farmers already made serious money from daily rewards anyway. The allocation percentage matters too. 20% minimum with no vesting would send a clear signal that Polymarket is serious about rewarding its community. Hyperliquid did this and the token pumped hard because holders trusted the distribution was genuine. $POLY has the same potential if the structure is clean and user-first. Drag it out with vesting schedules and complex criteria and the narrative shifts fast. Ship it clean. Reward real users. Watch the token react the same way HYPE did. The formula is not complicated, just requires the right priorities. What you think about this airdrop structure? Full guide on how to farm it right is quoted below.

have seen some takes that this will be the easiest crypto cycle ever due to the fact there are maximum ~5 coins that are actually investable the interesting thing is everyone seems to believe this and all the coins are 'consensus' investments which means??????

Kalshi has the same fees on crypto up/down markets and have been growing 5-10% week over week on these same market types for over 3 months. We now hold a majority of market share in crypto and this style of market in particular and are rapidly eating more each week. So it’s not a fee problem. We have a much more robust market resolution method that is resistant to short term price manipulation. Our markets are simply a better product and the very obvious shift in volumes to our platform highlights this reality. Kalshi is the best place in the world to trade crypto predictions.
