Maybe I’m alone, but I think achievements and the entire culture around them is incredibly off-putting. But I’m an experience guy.
I don’t like achievements for the same reason I don’t take photos IRL every 10 seconds.
Live in the moment. Not for trophies to look back on.

One thing I do enjoy about other systems is the achievements. It gives me a sense of completion. Nintendo is selling just fine without them and has always avoided them. Would you like to eventually see them cave in and add them?

Why should black people be *grateful* for being included in anything? They should have been there in the first place, racism was what was keeping them out in the first place

Seeing Black people calling other Black folks ungrateful for Kei Urana's work is really sad. She was out here posting microaggressions and blocking Black fans for criticism no matter how they voiced it, polite or not. But sure. Be grateful.
