Right as the U.S. and Iran are reportedly close to signing a deal, Israel escalates again and suddenly everyone is bracing for Iranian missiles. At what point do Americans admit the obvious? Israel does not want peace if peace means losing control over U.S. foreign policy. Every time Washington gets near diplomacy, another “emergency” appears and America gets dragged back toward another war that does nothing for the American people.
