monad's TVL reached yet another ATH
there's a lot of good stuff happening on chain. i'm seeing native apps taking the number one spot in volume (such as kuru) and others becoming the highest fees and revenue generators (such as neverland)
this is all being done in a dry bear market with CT disengaged, demotivated and bored
i feel like we're sitting on a barrel of gunpowder and when it's gonna blow, it's going to go parabolic

@JCChristopher The only way I can explain this is that during a turn, the driver’s hand Leg or something hits the steering wheel just enough to make Autopilot disengage.

I went to the exact same location of the Cybertruck accident shown in the Fox News video. This is the US-69/59 Eastex Freeway northbound HOV lane at the Y-split near the Eastex Park & Ride exit (approaching from downtown Houston toward Humble). In the Fox News video, the vehicle failed to follow the right curve, going straight into the barrier.
Well, I tested it twice today with Tesla FSD engaged the entire time with zero human intervention. And unless you think I am a hologram speaking to you from another dimension now, it worked out really well. Here is the video of me taking the exact same curve twice, with Tesla FSD v14.2.2.5.

🚨 HOW TO LOSE 50 MILLION DOLLARS IN ONE CLICK.
The founder of Aave just confirmed one of the most brutal transactions in DeFi history. Here is the exact breakdown:
• A user attempted to market buy 50 million in AAVE using USDT.
• The interface warned them of extreme price impact.
• The user manually confirmed the warning on their phone and executed.
• The $50,000,000 swap returned only 324 AAVE (~$36,000).
The protocol is returning 600K in fees but the underlying capital is gone.

Insane story...
Some guy tried to buy $50M of $AAVE on his phone, like 3% of the total supply, tapped through <INSANE SLIPPAGE AHEAD> warnings, ended up with only $40K of AAVE. Block builder made off with ~$40M, Aave refunds $600K of fees.
Net result, AAVE token is down. 💀

Earlier today, a user attempted to buy AAVE using $50M USDT through the Aave interface. Given the unusually large size of the single order, the Aave interface, like most trading interfaces, warned the user about extraordinary slippage and required confirmation via a checkbox. The user confirmed the warning on their mobile device and proceeded with the swap, accepting the high slippage, which ultimately resulted in receiving only 324 AAVE in return. The transaction could not be moved forward without the user explicitly accepting the risk through the confirmation checkbox. The CoW Swap routers functioned as intended, and the integration followed standard industry practices. However, while the user was able to proceed with the swap, the final outcome was clearly far from optimal. Events like this do occur in DeFi, but the scale of this transaction was significantly larger than what is typically seen in the space. We sympathize with the user and will try to make a contact with the user and we will return $600K in fees collected from the transaction. The key takeaway is that while DeFi should remain open and permissionless, allowing users to perform transactions freely, there are additional guardrails the industry can build to better protect users. Our team will be investigating ways to improve these safeguards going forward.
