That's just one of the many antisemitic attacks at the center of a new DOJ lawsuit against UCLA, which accuses the university of tolerating an antisemitic environment as on-campus protests ramped up after Hamas' October 7th attacks on Israel.
The lawsuit accuses university officials of being “deliberately indifferent” as students were allegedly assaulted, blocked from buildings by protesters, and prevented from accessing parts of campus during the encampment demonstrations.
Prosecutors say UCLA violated Title VI protections by continuing to receive federal funding while failing to comply with anti-discrimination laws.
