@DKropaCzech Hello Dominik, I am truly sorry for the delay with your luggage. I've checked the baggage tracer and it seems that your luggage is still yet to be found. I would suggest that you keep in touch with the airport baggage handling department for updates on your bags. Philip.

@FlySWISS Ever tried the lost luggage service you offer through Swissport yourself ? Horrible, no online update of the file and not able at all to contact via phone... ‘our lines are still busy’... continuously.. very poor customer service and a weak attempt of digitizing..

@FlySWISS I have my luggage tag but I don’t have a case reference number. Been on hold for 30 minutes 8-10 times trying to call Swiss Aviator. 4 hours from Copenhagen so no way to go back.

@FlySWISS by FAR the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Trying to claim lost luggage and absolutely no reply’s. So disappointing. Also many other reviews lately are disturbingly bad.
