My @NatWest_Help app isn’t working.
Your service status page says “service working normally” where it clearly isn’t.
My internet works perfectly fine hence this tweet from the same device.

@NatWest_Help ‘s handy advice to customers whose mobile banking app is down is to log onto internet banking to access their accounts. There’s just one teeny, weeny flaw with that plan; you need to access the app for the verification code! 🙈
