@TheTwitchyB In the greek lore of the labyrinth the Minotaur would be found in the center. It might just mark that spot. Perhaps the boss spawns there.

Maybe a hot take, but I've always thought PMC head hp should be reduced to 30 also...maybe this is a test?

Scav head HP dropping to 30 should eliminate several instances where they'd just barely survive headshots in the past. Very curious to see how this plays out!

@yevceevo8 @fightsonlyy Took his key at the beginning of the stop, before a license was provided. It’s just to avoid the guy running. You see it all the time in these stops.

The installation of the technical update for #EscapefromTarkov has begun. The installation will take approximately 4 hours, but may be extended if required. The game will not be accessible during this period.
List of fixes and changes:
● Temporarily disabled the less optimal technology of transparent object rendering for Factory, Woods, and The Lab. This will significantly increase the game client performance on these locations. Similar adjustments for other locations, as well as the option to enable the technology will be added in future updates;
● Adjusted the server logic in order to reduce packet loss and rubberbanding during character movement;
● Fixed the cause of the BTR becoming invisible;
● Fixed the possibility of receiving double damage if the bullet penetrates the integrated neck armor and body armor;
● Updated Nvidia DLSS to version 4;
● Fixed the operation of vsync together with Nvidia Reflex if they were enabled sequentially during a raid;
● Fixed the incorrect display of a group member after spawning;
● Fixed the incorrect operation of the Cyclone Shakhin thermal scope;
● Fixed the incorrect display of large-sized items in special slots;
● Fixed the display of shooting targets in the Hideout while selecting a target style;
● Fixed the generator notification after visiting a friend's Hideout;
● Fixed the display of Prestige dogtags in the Hall of Fame zone;
● Fixed the display of posters in the Stash level 2 and 3 zone;
● Fixed the Hideout customization items being moved to other slots if there was no room in stash when they were removed;
● Fixed the uneven output of extracts on Woods where players were given the Outskirts exfil more often than others;
● Expanded the objective areas for the tasks Return the Favor, Safe Corridor, and The Huntsman Path - Secured Perimeter;
● Fixed multiple gear and clothing combinations added in Patch 0.16.0.0 that were causing clipping;
● Fixed the display of ammo in the AA-12 8-round magazine;
● Fixed the incorrect camera behavior when quick-reloading IWI UZI with a 25-round magazine;
● Fixed the Lantac BMD A3 adapter compatibility for Mk47 409mm barrel;
● Fixed the incorrect visual recoil for RPD and RPDN when using bipods;
● Fixed the display of ammo in the Magpul PMAG GL9 21-round magazine.

After spending 5 or 6 days hunting for Killa, and missing him by 10-20 seconds a handful of times now, I think I've come up with an idea on how to solve the 'boss hunting' issue in terms of going for Kappa.
The best news, it already exist in the game.
Create a task for each boss that operates like Sanitar's alternate task Colleagues - Part 3. A turn in task or separate kill task (or what ever honestly) that doesn't really so intensely on the RNG of finding and killing a specific boss.
Something still somewhat difficult, maybe not as good of rewards, but an alternate to running 50, 60, or 70 raids with no progress.
I saw Sanitar once this wipe, like 3rd or 4th day of wipe. And haven't seen him since, but it didn't matter because I had the alternate task of turning in Labs cards and Stims.
Killa is a special case because of all the factors around him. His spawns, his mechanics in how he hides and doesn't engage AI scavs, the way the mall is laid out and gives him places to sit and not be seen, and the fact that there are 'killa hunters' who are just sprinting to his spawns every raid...
Without a doubt these factors makes him the hardest boss to kill simply because you need to find him first, which depends a TON on RNG of not just him spawning, but what spawn you get. Then add into the fact that he'll hide in some random corner, or chase players off into Narnia never to be seen again.
Then even if you do find him, you have to see him before he sees you AND you have to be able to get through his armor and face shield before he slices you apart.
I'm not a fan of cranking bosses to 50% or anything like that because not everyone wants bosses in every raid constantly, especially when your lower level and trying to task. Plus it's been one of the things BSG has been the most stubborn on for what ever reason (Have they ever vocalized why they are so)
But having players progress completely halted by pure RNG the way it currently is just sucks the life out of the game for anyone unfortunate enough to get stuck by it.
