Another view on the 2A. We no longer have just muskets and muzzle loaded pistols. We have arms the founders could never fathom. We need laws to ensure they are used properly. Well regulated meant well equipped, properly functioning and disciplined. The percentage of gun owners who believe these principals has fallen.

The 14th Amendment was written to guarantee citizenship to freed slaves after the Civil War. It was never intended as an automatic reward for people who cross our border illegally and have children on American soil. The only lasting fix for birthright citizenship runs through the amendment process. I introduced a Constitutional Amendment to fix this months ago. With the 2A well equipped, functioning properly and disciplined. When it was written we only had muzzle loaded rifles and pistols. Now that we have arms the founders couldnt fathom, we need laws to make sure that we as a society function properly with our well equipped public and maintain the discipline in owning these arms. That means laws and regulations.

The numbers on the reconstruction votes are correct. The Republicans were the liberal and progressive party from the north. The Democrats were the conservatives of the south. Yes, those southern democrats fought against the ammendments. In 1964 the non southern Democrats joined with the liberal Republicans and pushed the CRA through. More Democrats voted for the CRA then Repunlicans. Those liberal Republicans and southern Democrats (Dixiecrats) changed parties over the next years beacuse of support or non support for the CRA. Historically the numbers are correct but historically his assertion that democrats are the same as in 1865 is wrong. To bad Salty Goat can't comment.

The truth comes out. Biden’s Stasi who claimed to be saving “our sacred democracy” in fact worked overtime to destroy it - all for power. They spied on Catholic churches, prosecuted pro-lifers, deployed the FBI against parents at school board meetings - and tried to tap the phones of their political enemies. Including mine. This is an abuse of power beyond Watergate, beyond J. Edgar Hoover, one that directly strikes at the Constitution, the separation of powers, and the First Amendment. We need a full investigation of all involved: who knew about it, who ordered it, and who approved it. Anyone and everyone who violated the law must be prosecuted. The way to save the country is to restore the rule of law.

@packingpatriot_ Obama and Biden are former presidents who can't be prosecuted for crimes allegedly committed while in office. You can thank Trump for that. (Trump vs USA, look it up). You have to have evidence of an actual crime so Brennan, Hilary and Comey won't be prosecuted. Try again.

Hey stupid bitch, do you know the difference between illegal migrants and immigrants with work authorizations? Immigrants with legal work authorizations get SSN numbers for employers to report wages to the government for tax purposes. Illegal immigrants do not get SSN. If you don't know this, educate yourself. If you do know this fact and willingly spread misinformation then you are part of the problem and a cunt.

The illegal who tried to run down an ICE agent (and got shot and killed) had a Social Security card. We were told they don’t get SSNs, can’t access benefits, and they don’t get driver’s licenses.
