The public are being led to believe that to claim PIP you just fill in a form and that's it. It is time the media reported the truth. It is not true at all. People are also being led to believe - as I see in posts - that millions are claiming fraudulently. This is also not true.

Instead of subsidised food and alcohol in the House of Commons, I think that only vouchers should be given out. We'll call them dinner tickets - and abolish the alcohol. That's how they want to treat disabled people, and that's how we should treat ableist politicians.

My son got 8 points for social interaction on his PiP. He is unable to be unsupervised with people. This won’t change, he has no ability regulate himself. Now I wonder how PiP vouchers would work for him? His PiP means I can afford to do things with him, drive him places.

I helped a friend claim pip. When he got it his first words were 'Now I can pay my rent' - which had just increased. PIP should not need to be used for essentials like this

PIP, the group finds, is now doing work it was never designed for—used for basic survival rather than for the extra costs of disability, filling the space left by other benefits, community support etc. So, logically, no change to PIP til those are sorted...? #DisabilityBenefits
