Five of them. $500M — Cash bailout for NYC. Upstate pays. $4B total to make Zohran happy. $103M — Arts Council grants. Plus $8M just to run the agency. $75M — Subway design studies. No shovels. Just studies. Full list in the slide. $268.5 billion. $2.4 billion in items that do nothing for your life. Aren’t you tired of this? Put me in that room. I’ll be the loudest guy at the table.
