Join me in checking out the "progress" of West Washington construction in preparation of the Blue Line.
It is currently down to one lane past Belmont.
No shocker they had a small crew of 4 people.
Before you ask. Yes, 3 of them were just looking at a hole.
Again, Indy is run by dopes that give contracts to construction companies that have ZERO urgency.

Stopped by Fountain Square to see the "progress". There were maybe 7 people total working on the project. 4 of them were staring down a hole like they were lost in a trance. Another reason why projects take 2x or 3x time longer than they should. There is ZERO urgency to get this project completed.
