ORR is one of the most used roads in this state & it deserves strict enforcement. Mandatory stopping bays. Heavy vehicle enforcement units. Real-time monitoring. Strict penalties. Let’s be honest, This is not at all complicated, It just needs someone to actually care enough to act. How many more families have to not come home before that happens!?

There is no boundary & no threshold. In practice, the meaning of the law becomes whatever the officer in front of you decides. Every offence under it is non-bailable, which makes that discretion far more serious. We have seen this before. A similar vague speech law brought during the UPA era was struck down by the Supreme Court for granting unchecked discretion & enabling misuse by design.
