@JohnHelveston @eleafeit Yes, that is correct. Although my reaction was the opposite ;-) we have to keep in mind that it is 1/3 of ALL marketing papers, and the denominator includes conceptual, theoretical, survey papers as well as CB papers with lab experiments. So to me 1/3 felt like a lot!

That was indeed an enjoyable project! Read many papers and learned quite a bit. As @eleafeit says, was very interesting to see that awareness for the prob of causal inference was there quite early in a few select papers!
