All sworn to secrecy, no leaks to the press. They knew they needed to replace the Articles of Confederation and come up with a paper that would unite all 13 states. The country was on the brink of failure. They debated argued and yes even fighting. But they got the job done. Giving us our Constitution. Today it’s nothing but damn excuses.
