@mikeachimugu01 @FAAN_Official No one should have to go through what myself and over 100 Nigerians experienced last night. Luggage left in Angola airport, waited over 3 hours in the baggage claim area at the Lagos airport without a single update regarding our bags. Hundreds of unclaimed bags left at the Lagos airport, some bags were stinking terribly and had maggots coming out of them. Please look into the operations of TAAG airline.

@mikeachimugu01 there is a backlog of bags yet to arrive and passengers using TAAG airline are stranded in Lagos. The airline has made no attempt to reach out to us. I cannot imagine this happening in other climes without any consequence

@cpdncaa are you aware that TAAG airline is delaying the luggages of Nigerians ? The airport is filled with unclaimed luggage, each flight arrives without luggages and people are told to wait for further information. What are you doing to protect the interest of Nigerians ?

@mikeachimugu01 your team needs to look into this matter, Nigerians are been treated like second hand citizens by TAAG airline, no communication, no compensation, no information. Just left stranded without their luggages

@EtihadHelp You are telling me to wait till infinity after loosing my luggage for 21 days. Up till now, you have neither compensated me or found my luggage. You make millions as an organisation and yet cannot afford me the decency of compensation.

This is clearly unacceptable and a poor customer experience. You all need to do better. If I dont get a response, I am going to start a trend

NEVER EVER FLY @flyethiopian .. They are the worst airline on the planet.. one experience with them and it was delayed flight, horrible planes, horrible land and air staff, changed destination airport and lost luggage… ALL IN ONE JOURNEY and no accountability whatsoever!
