The experiences of disabled students and staff are complex.
Some have had easier working conditions during the pandemic as they have finally been given online access.
But as accessibility has been neglected in other areas, most have experience more difficulty than normal.

While more than half of disabled students report needing more DSA support than normal, only 3/4 of non-medical help is actually being provided.

@UCL has been forgetting about disabled students in their response to the pandemic. They were late to encourage people with underlying conditions to stay home, and even when they did they addressed only staff. Now they expect disabled students to continue studying as normal.
