@gbargsley I prefer reading T-SQL in Notepad++ with Poor Man's T-Sql Formatter plug-in if formatting is needed. I didn't see a setting in SSMS to do what you asked about.

#sqlhelp I was wondering if anyone knows in SSMS 19 and 20 what setting I can change to not bring up the connection window when I click New Query. I open SSMS in an empty environment and sometime just want a new query to paste code and read, but not connect to a server.

@sqldatapartners Man, I'm old enough to remember Networld+InterOp back in the late 90's/early 2000's. Some incredible stuff - a gazillion T-Shirts, multitools, MP3 players, travel mice, travel network cables, physical books, even a plush racoon. '06 at DevIntersection won some Beats headphones.

@FCDFloodInfo , something wrong with the data for the Cave Creek Landfill. Plot data shows almost a quarter inch at 4:40 am on 7/23 but the "Last 125 Reports" data shows only .04 for the same time frame.

@erikdarlingdata If it is wired, you could put a cheap 10/100 switch between your router and the TV. If it is wi-fi, make it connect at 2.4Ghz.

it can't handle that, and i need to have an older router hooked up to nerd speeds so i don't get constant connect/disconnect messages.

a couple years ago i bought an lg tv. it's fine, but the big problem came when i tried to hook it up to my 1gb internet.

I love ceiling fans. I mean, I LOVE them. They are one of the great pleasures in life. Every time I browse ceiling fans online, I have so many questions. 1: What.... what HAPPENED to these blades? Is that flypaper? Was this made in 1972 and has been on clearance ever since?

@rodtrent I'm from Oklahoma - in Tulsa, where I lived, the 2nd and 3rd highest snowfall totals all time occurred in March. The all time high temperature in March is 99. Record low is -3. Since 1950 have averaged 4 tornadoes. So, pack your closet (bedroom and hall).
