Email. Slack. Teams. Jira. Texts. Meeting invites. The drive-by "hey".

@dominos what did you do to the app?! I can see like 1/3 of what I used to see and I have an iPhone Pro Max. Not a helpful UX. Give me an option to switch back to classic mode!

You failed today on managing traffic and a wreck at terminal E this morning. There should never be stopped all lanes on the entire arrival deck. Do better and think about your patrons.
#sqlhelp I have a table that uses column encryption. The master key password is lost. I need to setup replication to a subscriber for this table. I cannot create the master key on the subscriber since no one knows the password on publisher. Thoughts?
@gbargsley I prefer reading T-SQL in Notepad++ with Poor Man's T-Sql Formatter plug-in if formatting is needed. I didn't see a setting in SSMS to do what you asked about.
#sqlhelp I was wondering if anyone knows in SSMS 19 and 20 what setting I can change to not bring up the connection window when I click New Query. I open SSMS in an empty environment and sometime just want a new query to paste code and read, but not connect to a server.
