Back in the 1950's, the US underwent a mass deinstitutionalization of mental health care and either closed or dramatically reduced large state psychiatric hospitals (aka mental institutions or asylums) in favor of community-based treatment.
Since then, what has been made abundantly clear to everyone is that the community-based approach has been an abject failure, and in many cases, a disaster from both a crime and homelessness standpoint.
I don't know who needs to hear this, but if known whack jobs can't stand trial for the crimes they commit, and they have a track record of committing them, then they should be proactively detained for their own good and for the good of society.
Allowing people with severe mental health problems—especially those prone to violence—to waltz around randomly terrorizing society on whatever whim their particular brand of nutbaggery manifests itself as on a given day is simply unacceptable.
What's crazy is that we even have to have this conversation.

The federal government was just writing checks to anyone who asked for years on end.
ZERO Verification Requirements.
Today, I confirmed a pattern:
Dissolved business entities billing Medicaid at scale.
In just one small batch, I’ve verified over $15MM. One was dissolved in 2011, yet between 2020-2024 it billed medicaid over $1.8MM.
Our tax dollars are paying businesses dissolved over a decade ago.
They don’t even check.
They just send them money.
It’s infuriating.

Washington State depends on illegal voters, people that have moved out of state 20+ years ago, dead people, homeless people drug addicts etc. to maintain one party rule! I know this for a fact!
AND mail in ballots along with writing confusing deceptive descriptions on initiatives to fool the people into voting for crazy left leaning policies.. basically the Washington state government is holding its tax paying citizens hostage financially and are using smoke and mirrors constantly.... and the propaganda on the local news and with these politicians is just obscene! Blaming everything on Trump ha ha! When King Ferguson just pushes through his tax hikes wherever he feels like he can grab a dollar! The state seriously needs a CFO to go after all the corruption and wasteful spending I honestly don't know how anybody can afford to live here!

President Trump reportedly received a text message from Norway’s Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre urging Trump to lower the temperature and “de-escalate” the rhetoric on Greenland.
Trump fired back with a BRUTAL one-liner that ended the conversation.
Here’s how the exchange went:
STØRE: “Dear Mr. President, dear Donald: We believe we all should work to take this down and de-escalate.”

You’re gonna throw your phone after you see this story.
For 125 years, a group of Catholic nuns in New York have run a FREE hospice called Rosary Hill Home. They take care of poor people dying from cancer no charge, ever. Just pure Christian charity.
Then Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a law a few years ago that forces EVERY nursing home to use preferred pronouns, house patients by gender identity (not biological sex), and let people into opposite-sex bathrooms and spaces.
The nuns said: “We treat everyone with dignity… but we can’t do that. It goes against our Catholic faith.”
So New York is now threatening them with $5,000–$10,000 fines per violation, loss of their license, and jail time.
These sisters who’ve spent their whole lives caring for the dying are being told: obey the gender rules or shut down.
Unbelievable.

Magyar *is* conservative. He broke away from Orban’s party because the latter was corrupt. It’s not the end of the West. Hungary is lagging behind the Baltics and Poland, who are based countries. That’s shameful. The post-liberal experiment is NOT the solution to Marxist-Leninism. A nation that suffered under Soviet repression shouldn’t be governed by pro-Putin stooges. Putin apologists are anti-Western. This is why a European conservative movement, similar to 🇺🇸 fusionism, is needed on the continent.
