Personal update: last month I joined @scrib3_co as their Head of Talent, coming in as their first in-house recruiting hire. My main focus will be to ensure that SCRIB3 is attracting and bringing in the top crypto native talent on the market.

I expect hiring in crypto/web3 to rapidly gain momentum in Q1 of 2024. Crypto-native talent will always be in high demand, but demonstrating that effectively is much easier said than done. Here's how to highlight your crypto-nativity during interviews to impress:

As an agency recruiter, placing a candidate in crypto, in a role they love, is a great feeling and sure - getting paid for it is amazing too. BUT, there is no better feeling than placing a friend in their next role in the space. Being able to support someone in return who has meme'd with you, laughed with you, supported you and won/loss with you during the bear market means everything. I was lucky enough to do it a few times throughout the course of the year and twice in the last month of 2023 - one person a 1st institutional sales hire & the other a CMO, joining initially as an advisor. Here's to many more to come in 2024 🥂
