@MCA21India The quality of the MCA portal developed by @LTIMindtreeOFCL is deeply concerning. As shown in the video: after completing a form and clicking Submit, I was redirected to the login page instead of the application page. The system simultaneously displayed contradictory states—top right showing “logged in” while the page itself asked me to log in. Even the application page behaved inconsistently: it prompted access while the header showed “logged out.” Only after multiple refreshes and repeated attempts was I able to access my own data. Coming from a technical background, it still took significant effort to navigate this issue. One can only imagine the difficulty faced by professionals without deep technical knowledge. Instead of improving usability, the portal has become unnecessarily complex. This clearly contradicts the objective of Ease of Doing Business. Most importantly, these are system defects, not a “user awareness problem.” The issue needs acknowledgment and correction.
