@JamRam96 @Alonso_GD I never said it was. I said there is a reason why UK businesses have foreign call/manufacturing and that is cheaper wages. This 10:1 policy would push UK wages to an unaffordable level for therefore companies will either fold or move a large part of workers out of UK

@JamRam96 @Alonso_GD So as a floor rather than a CEO ceiling, you still pay the CEO whatever you want and then you need to match the worker within that 10:1 framework making the business not viable due to worker wages. There is a reason why UK businesses have foreign call centres and manufacturing.
