Selling options isn't about prediction. It's about positioning. Sell high volatility, put theta to work, and let the probabilities play out. The edge isn't in being right. Those will take care of themselves. It's in staying small enough to keep the lights on when you're wrong.

I’ve always wanted to build a home gym so I’m finally doing it. 3 pieces down. 7 more to go. fwiw, I bought all my stuff from gmwdfitness.com I have no affiliation with the company; I simply found them with some google searches then checked out their social media pages. tbh, the prices were so reasonable that I was worried it was low quality equipment but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I’ve only put together 3 machines but I’d say the quality is 70-75% as good as any commercial gym at 20-30% of the price. For instance, the chest press I bought from GMWD was only $600 whereas a similar chest press at a commercial gym could easily cost $3–4k I placed the order last Friday morning and 80% of the equipment has already arrived. I believe 2 items are on backorder until later this month with a few more boxes coming tomorrow. If you’re looking to build an affordable home gym for you or your family I’d definitely consider GMWD. @D_Harris72 @TJTheWheelDeal If you are trading cash secured puts that makes sense. These are naked puts so the buying power usually is between 10-30% depending on multiple factors.

If you cant buy the dip in stocks because your cash is tied up in equity acquired via assigned sold puts that are now 12 standard deviations away from where you sold them (sitting on massive unrealized losses) you're trading too big and too often. 45 DTE is the sweat spot for theta decay but that doesnt mean you have to sell one or some that often. Patience and risk management is the name of the game.

🚨 Has anyone had success with getting their HOA, leasing office, apartment complex, etc., to install EV charging for their community? Really hoping to push my leasing office to do so, but need to give them definitive reasons as to why it would be advantageous for them. Unfortunately, I cannot utilize my Mobile Charger at home; my assigned parking spot is not in front of my house. An extension cord would do the trick, but Tesla advised me not to do that. I really want to take advantage of the home charging advantage. Any tips would be welcome!

@DougKass @gnoble79 Every “expert” who goes on cnbc should be required to disclose what they pay cnbc to be on the air. I stopped watching when I realized it’s just a giant commercial where fund managers go to advertise their “expertise”. Mostly garbage.

$CVNA "Best Stocks in the Market" at $452 on CNBC Halftime in December, 2025... (I vividly remember his self confident narrative, something about being above some moving average). Last sale: $284 (-$66) I would think these frequent blowups would make the panelists humble. But I suppose if you sweep the boners under the rug and, instead, emphasize the winners, all is good in the garden. This helps to explain why I Call B.S. so often. (Generally speaking their is no modelling, analysis or process - just chart gazing without any sense of fundamentals) I won't stop until they timestamp and take ownership. Am I being too harsh, or not harsh enough? There isn't even a "Best Stocks" list for viewers to see. Tesla could alleviate a lot of concerns from people who want Waze by adding the same features internally Not only that, but improving Navigation would be a drastic help too.
