i have a claude code skill that scrapes leads from apify, classifies them against our ICP with an LLM, enriches and verifies emails, then pushes clean lists straight into google sheets for instantly campaigns.
one command. no manual filtering.
last batch: 2,400 scraped. 380 classified as high-fit. 312 verified contacts. loaded into an instantly campaign same day.
the old way took half a day. scrape, clean, check titles, bounce-test, format, upload. now i type one line and go make coffee.
the trick isnt scraping. anyone can scrape. the trick is the classification layer. an LLM reads each business against a 300-domain customer lookalike list and scores fit. bad leads never reach the campaign. reply rates go up because list quality goes up.
cold email isnt a copy problem. its a targeting problem.

Had a realization today: niching down lets you charge more, not less.
i always knew this intellectually, but never felt the impact till i internalized it. When you're the best (or only) person solving a problem in a specific context, you can charge extraordinary amounts.
In highly competitive spaces, it's harder to be the best. Therefore, the more narrow the scope, the better you can become.
What's the most specialized niche you can think of? (industry + market)
