Ben Rice launches his left side with his external obliques and his pec major (MT1)….
Kerry Carpenter launches his left side with his quadratus lumborum and his latissimus dorsi (MT5)….
Some would say the Kerry “tilts and snaps” but that simply shows their ignorance of anatomy….
Kerry simply swings at the pitch, but because he holds the bat with his flexor digitorum superficialis muscles he has no choice but to use the muscles that tilt his torso (quadratus lumborum) and flex his fingers from the humerus (flexor digitorum superficialis)….
Every muscle contraction is a result of an electric signal from the brain and every signal from the brain relies on sensory input from the hands….
The next hitter that prefers MT5 muscles will be the 1st.

Four lower profile third basemen names that I think could be options for the Yankees at the deadline.
Of course this doesn't include utility guys like Clemens that would offer a glove at 3B as well, some bigger names (Matt Chapman) that could be possibilities, or guys on teams who might be sellers, but aren't as of now, within a few weeks like Josh Jung.
The Rangers falling out of the race and the Yankees offering a haul for Josh Jung/Jacob Latz would be pretty fun.
I don't think the Rockies would be eager to get rid of Karros, who is one of the guys in the screenshots. But I think there's a chance with the right pitching prospect package the two teams could make something work.
Blaze Alexander is definitely a name I'm interested in and would like the Yankees to pursue. But again, that's if the Orioles would be very eager to do business with the Yankees.

Ben Rice has 58 career HR’s in 934 career at bats…
Jackson Holliday has 27 career HR’s in 883 career at bats…
Ben uses an open kinetic chain when he hits….
Jackson uses a closed kinetic chain when he hits…
Open kinetic chain hitters use their thigh muscles to flex and extend their knee….
Closed kinetic chain hitters use their thigh muscles to flex and extend their hip….
These are the 2 options for every hitter in the world.
