@NianticHelp Thia is the only video I was able to catch amongst the different photos showing I didn’t get to catch . But in the one from last week you can see my app crash . When I try going back in and looking for the gym it’s gone.

@NianticHelp If I join more raid when the help bot finally come around to do its job it makes it seem like everything is fixed even when I show proof it wasn’t . If I need to have bag space to see the passes y’all giving back show up say that but I have only got one out of 12 that error took

@NianticHelp @NianticHelp I’ve had this problem pop up multiple times where I finish a raid the reward screen pops up causing the app to close and then I can’t jump back in if it’s a remote raid or Gmax making me lose a remote pass and the chance of shiny something I payed for .

@NianticHelp What’s infuriating is that I’m paying money for a digital game and when there’s an issue with a free solution the company refuses to to do it or they are cheap about it . Raid passes and shiny pokémon is all data should not be a problem to get people what they earned and paid for

@NianticHelp Probably did have shiny pokémon I was supposed to get but through out the event I’d get kicked out of raids last minute before they rolled over to new gym or my game would close before the chance to catch . When I’ve asked for help the auto system does not help just claims it did

@NianticHelp So my shiny rates haven’t increased , I haven’t been able to drop in a power spot even with less then ten people in the spots can’t drop nothing in and have only caught or seen one pokémon at a power spot . Most of the things I paid for with the deluxe pass never got delivered.

@bornhazey @RoseSt3fanii @NianticHelp The bot takes forever to respond and we’ll probably not do anything to solve his issue just say it looks like he finished or that the system says he got reimbursed .

@RoseSt3fanii @NianticHelp Game is 9 years old and instead of talking to the support bot and getting your remote raid pass refunding, you’re crying on a public post on twitter. Do better.

@Killadelphh @NianticHelp Been dealing with this too showed proof I got nothing and the bot still says I got reimbursed I managed to talk to someone on a social media sight but all they did was replace one lost pass out of 10

@NianticHelp I think Remy your support bot is broken. ive lost 1 remote raid pass and 2 premium passes over rhe course of this event due to bugs. Remy just says the same thing “you have successfully completed the Raid mentioned or you have already been reimbursed” which are both untrue.

@NianticHelp Haven’t seen no real increase seen people who haven’t paid a dime for the event catch more then paying players . Take this along with the glitches and automated help service that takes forever to respond when there’s an issue and it feels like I’m being fleeced .

@PokemonGoApp I’ve been trying to get in contact with somebody that can help with an issue I’ve been having since Friday with raids . The game keeps closing and freezing before I get the catch encounter I keep using the system in place to get help but it’s not working .6 passes

@NianticHelp just happened again and still no reimbursement on the passes I lost yesterday

@NianticHelp been trying to work with the auto mated system but Its not working it refuses to replace raid passes even though I never got catch encounters today on multiple Kyogre due to being kicked out last minute or game freezing and app closing. I lost 5 total after paying .

@NianticHelp I did not get a catch encounter after beating the raid boss and I keep asking for help but have yet to get compensated for the passes I paid for I also used the premium pass and that was lost to an error I didn’t get anything to replace what was lost.

@PokemonGoApp @NianticHelp Today I lost a total of 6 passes do to errors in the gyms or the game closing before I get to capture the help system keeps saying I got reimbursed or finished the raid but I sent proof with the screenshots and it still won’t replace what I lost
