@NianticHelp i lost 2 remote raid passes on the same palkia, got an error it let me rejoin but it put me in by myself and used another pass. Remy refused to acknowledge the lost of my raid passes, tried to contact support twice. now raid day is over and no palkia and down 2 paid passes.

In the second half of the fight, Summit runs away and the enemy crew ladder launches over. He calls this cheating and that's a fine opinion, but the developers have stated that it is not bannable so players are allowed to do it. Just like people getting mad at you for invading alliance servers and trolling is their own opinion.
