I recorded 10 episodes for @MeraPehlaCrore in October! To put things in perspective, @TheRanveerShow & @FiguringOutCo produce around 12 episodes each per month. So to be able to come even remotely close to that number is great feat for me personally. Until 2 months ago, my problem statement was different: I need to record more episodes to get back my consistency. Now my problem statement has changed to: We need to edit the videos quicker and put them out there faster. I've made Mukesh's life more difficult. 😂 But this is a good problem to have! Now we have more than 10 episodes in the content bank which is a pipeline of more than 2 months worth of episodes at the frequency of 1/week. I'm thinking of ramping it up to 2/week soon InShaAllah! Podcasts are hard to build as a profitable business at first but can be quite rewarding in the longer run. If you have any questions around starting your own podcast, feel free to ask me! I'll be happy to help you get started. :) PS- My dream is to see this intro playing at the Time Square someday! Here's to humble beginnings! PPS- It wouldn't have been possible with undying support from @IamKeshavSharma, Mukesh & all our guests who've put their trust in us and joined us for an episode. ❤️ Thank you all!

If @ycombinator is accepting vibe coded mvps via @Lovable according to @dsdvincent then trust me, I'm gonna start applying every year twice with new ideas until I get in. Call it hustle or obsession, we're getting into YC sooner or later! 🚀 Joke's apart, congrats Panta team!

@deepigoyal Asking as a curious wellwisher, can you as a company afford to pay each delivery partner 40k minimum a month? Without messing up your unit economics that lead to shutting down of business?

I am all for peaceful protests against anything and everything. But violent protests and stopping others who want to work from working is not okay (proof attached). Here’s what we know – a number of these protestors were not even our delivery partners. They were agents of political interests, piggybacking on the narrative to gain political mileage.

Mill workers in Kanpur tried to act in a similar fashion. Result: Mills closed down. The next 2 generations of these workers couldn’t not even have 2 square meals a day. The trade unionist who instigated them went on to become a parliamentarian & lived in a plush Lutyens house.

@deepigoyal @zomato i just had a horrible experience with zomato food delivery where delivery guy took off with my food to faridabad and Zomato team couldn't care less until the customer raises a concern. I don't think this is a problem that can't be solved with tech.

Most Investors and big company founders give their phone numbers faster while networking than your matches on dating apps. Funnily the trick is the same - be your authentic self.

Unpopular opinion: instead of doing your masters from abroad, become an angel investor and invest in 5+ startups in 2 years. You'll learn and earn way more if you do it right.

A good distribution can make a bad product good overtime. A great product with no distribution will be gone in a few days.

We've all heard the Apple story too many times to remember. But do you know who's Mike Markkula? I've heard and read about Mike's importance through Steve Job's biography, biopics and some other related articles. Recently I came across Computer History Museum's Oral History of Mike Markkula. In this video you learn about Mike's complete journey from Fairchild Semiconductor and Intel all the way to Apple. Mike had made millions from stock options he earned as a marketing manager in his earlier jobs. So much so that he retired early at the age of 32 and made a list of 52 things that he'd like to do in the course of his life. One of those things was to help and consult for startups who were building something interesting. That's how he got introduced to Apple along with Jobs and Wozniak. And the rest is history. Some key areas where Mike helped build Apple like a company: - Built their business plan to help them scale and raise initial funds to startup. - Connected with the right people who would find a lot of value in the product - Apple II - Help them build their strong marketing strategy that made them net positive very soon in their journey - Got investments from reputed investors like Don Valentine, founder of Sequoia Capital and Hank Smith from Venrock. - Built a best in class board of members with the likes of Arthur Rock, Henry Singleton, Philip Schlein, among others. - Cut a deal with the Bank of America to treat their deal as a 10 year old company instead of a startup to get the best services. It's a super interesting perspective for those interested in Apple's journey. Steve Jobs & Steve Wozniak were great for sure, but there's no Apple as we know it today without Mike Markkula. My personal opinion - 99% of the good startups fail because they're unable to find their own Mike. We all need a Mike in our lives! PS- The valuation of Apple quoted in the screenshot is an old one, it's 3x of that number now.

If you change the words "Personal Computer" with "AI" in this video, it would probably make just as much sense as it did back in 1981. Steve Jobs saw a simple future where people interact with more intelligent tools be it computers, video games or today AI. youtube.com/watch?v=Dbfejw…

The middle class today probably wears better clothes and eats better food than most kings from 1000+ years ago. Time is a humbling phenomenon.

How the stove/cigarette lighter makes feel about making fire with stones, AI will have a similar effect on coding 10 years down the line.
