@morkalmarrh I always thought sharing would keep me accountable so I would actually accomplish something. Experience now tells me it rarely worked that way for me, so now I don’t know what to do.

Studies show that sharing your goals publicly actually makes them less achievable because it’s an instant dopamine hit. And honestly, that explains a hell of a lot for this AuDHDer. Is it time to go quiet & only start announcing the accomplishments?
