He could give all those people a billion $ and they would still go bankrupt because they would significantly increase their spending, property values, income taxes and lose it all within a few years. Simply being given a ton of money won't fix all of your financial burdens, it will exacerbate it by showing you have a spending problem vs monthly income. Only a small percentage of people will be able to take that money and meaningfully stay rich with it.
