The Failed Israeli-American War Plan It included ground invasion of Iran through Iraq, Pakistan and the sea. It failed miserably. They tried to send the Kurds, but the Kurds tricked America and Israel, they just took the cash and the weapons. They didn’t follow the plans. Trump was mad about it. They tried to create a secret forward operating runway inside Iranian territory near the coast which could bring in troops through the air. This runway would allow rapid air insertion of troops who would then hold beachheads for a full US/GCC amphibious landing. It failed miserably because the Iranian military discovered their location and forced a chaotic withdrawal. I don’t think they activated the Pakistani side of the plan, but I assume Pakistan was fully cooperating with the plan given all the praise Asim Munir and Shahbaz Sharif got from Trump during this war. NATO was also not ready to cooperate, which played a big role in the ultimate failure.

Punjab is located right next to main population centers of KP. It has a GDP of over $250 billion, 25x larger than Afghanistan. Strangely, KP doesn’t seem satisfied with access to Punjab’s market but instead wants to benefit from Afghanistan’s much smaller economy. @ShafiJanPTI

احمد شاہ ابدالی نے 1761ء کی تیسری جنگِ پانی پت میں مرہٹوں کو شکست دی اس وقت مرہٹے ہی وہ بڑی مقامی قوت تھے جو برطانوی ایسٹ انڈیا کمپنی کی مستقبل کی توسیع کی راہ میں رکاوٹ بنے تھے۔ اس سے قبل ایسٹ انڈیا کمپنی 1757ء میں جنگِ پلاسی کے ذریعے نوابِ بنگال (جو مغل سلطنت کے باج گزار تھے) کو شکست دے کر بنگال پر قابض ہو چکی تھی۔ اور 1764ء کی جنگِ بکسر کے نتیجے میں کمپنی نے مغل بادشاہ سے بنگال، بہار اور اڑیسہ کے چکے تھے۔ دلچسپ بات یہ ہے کہ شاہ ولی اللہ نے 1761 میں انگریزوں کے بجائے احمد شاہ ابدالی کو مرہٹوں کے خلاف جہاد کی دعوت کیوں دی؟۔ سوال یہ ھے کہ جب ایسٹ انڈیا کمپنی پہلے ہی ہندوستان میں اپنے قدم جما چکی تھی تو اصل خطرہ کون تھا: مرہٹے، جو اسی سرزمین کے باشندے تھے، یا وہ غیر ملکی تجارتی کمپنی جو رفتہ رفتہ سیاسی اور عسکری طاقت میں تبدیل ہو رہی تھی؟ پانی پت میں مرہٹوں کی شکست کے بعد ایسٹ انڈیا کمپنی نے جنوبی اور مشرقی ہندوستان سے شمال کی جانب اپنی پیش قدمی کی۔ ابدالی نے مرہٹوں کو شکست کے بعد دہلی مغل حکمران کے حوالے کیا جو بہت کمزور تھے اور ایسٹ انڈیا کمپنی ایک ایک کرکے اس کے صوبوں پر اپنا کنٹرول مضبوط کرتی جا رہی تھی۔۔۔۔ اب ابدالی کی مرہٹوں سے جنگ کا فایدہ کس کو ھوا؟؟ @OryaMaqboolJan @fawadchaudhry

Saudia helped Pakistan immensely, when the world put sanctions, it was Saudia who kept our economy afloat by giving us almost free oil & later on deferred payments, when UAE asked it's deposit back Saudia came for our rescue. Meanwhile Iran gifted chabahar port to India.
