⭕️PAKISTAN WILL NOT JOIN ABRAHAM ACCORDS: #US President Donald Trump’s recent statement clearly noted that one or two countries are exempted from joining the Abraham Accords & Pakistan is unequivocally that country. Islamabad’s successful US-#Iran peace mediation is a testament to its global stature as a nuclear power and a leading voice in the Muslim world, but it remains entirely disconnected from these Middle East-confined agreements. Pakistan has neither sought nor considered inclusion. This uncompromising stance is anchored at the highest levels of the state. FM CDF Asim Munir has a very clear & categorical position: Palestinian boundaries must be reset to the pre-1967 situation, guaranteeing an independent and sovereign State of Palestine. Since 1947, from Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah to every successive government, Pakistan has stood firmly with Palestine, rejecting any recognition of Israel until a just & lasting settlement is achieved. This is not merely a matter of executive preference; it is anchored by a deep & enduring national consensus that would require a two-thirds majority in Parliament to reverse a politically impossible scenario for any government. When the Abraham Accords were initially signed, Pakistan’s position was immediate and unambiguous: normalisation is impossible without justice for Palestinians. The Foreign Office’s 2020 statement rejecting the accords remains Islamabad’s exact standing policy today. There are no backchannel contacts, no secret negotiations & absolutely no shift in posture. #Pakistan will neither trade away #Palestine nor bend under external pressure. The state's position is definitive & absolute.
