A rectangle in the middle of a prior move doesn't call for a bottom formation. My probabilistic take on IT Index is this: Case One It's a flag formation on its way down and would break lower into the Support Zone below 24k. Case Two A retracement bounce happens that meets resistance in the shaded band of 33-36k, only to head lower eventually into the support zone below 24k. Either ways, a bottom is not formed yet.
