@HamFer2025 @AutoPap @LeShuttle I've used the tunnel a dozen times, never got on the train I booked, sometimes even get put on an earlier one. You inconvenience nobody by being an hour late.

Arrived late @LeShuttle because the M25 was closed. Just 10 mins late. The thieves at the Tunnel have CANCELLED today’s ticket AND the return tomorrow as their new T & C’s state even if you’re 1 minute late you have to buy a new ticket! Back to the Ferry next time🤬
