@king_koddy The first scene was literally his master teaching him restraint… He never fights with the intent to hurt or maim… Tagah on the other hand had techniques developed solely to maim and hurt.. Aang is portrayed as a true air monk even in difficult situations He's not weak

He struggles in the avatar state and it's shown that he's not invincible. Give him decent competition and he'll fold. He didn't impress me in this movie at all.

@TheZodiacHeir -Had the entire Avatar structure at her disposal for training. -constantly got packed by regular benders. -Aang's death was at the hands of two prodigies who would ve packed Korra faster than they did Aang. -was never hunted by an entire nation

- never died - didn’t have access to ancestral mentorship - performed the strongest feat of any avatar ever - restored the air nation to full glory (fulfilled a dream of an Avatar who passed generations before her) - defeated the literal embodiment of evil It’s never enough.
David Oriji@just_kinni

@TheZodiacHeir You don't see anybody denying it. Aang got packed up. Period. But when Korra gets packed up, y'all will rather blame the grass under her feet than take the L. It's that level of pride I refuse to tolerate.

@Creggory @MichaelNic35257 @Urtemdem Sozin would've killed him - Avatar state/no Avatar state… permanently ending the air nomads.. But by strength and feats - even Toph will defeat Korra - Avatar state/no Avatar state.

@BurningIllini @MichaelNic35257 @Urtemdem We don't know that. When aang came back he was tapping into the Avatar state fueled by pure rage. He would have turned tides had he been there, the same way he turned the tides at the North Pole when the fire nation invaded. Now, did you watch the show?

@Saratubadeggi @great_j0rdan “Protect the honor” - Thats a man-made concept for men. Only men with fragile ego and pride will request or demand that their honor be protected. The knowledge of the state of existence of my savior makes any mockery irrelevant- it's just ppl fooling around God can't b mocked

@great_j0rdan Jordan is 100% right. It’s wild how people claim to follow him but then laugh at him being mocked in a club. Muslims actually protect the honor of Isa (AS) more than the people who claim him as their Savior. The hypocrisy is loud

So if your parents are living upright or lived a righteous life, their children should take the wrong path so they can outdo their parents or what exactly is this post? Many of the opportunities we have now, our parents didn't have it, and many our children will have in the future, it won't come during our time and youth. So don't disregard parents like that.

@Bill_Ballzack @DeeWaynee94 You're missing the core dichotomy: Value cannot exist without Contrast. If God 'built' a world where we were incapable of weakness, he would have built a world where 'Strength' is a meaningless concept. To demand a world with only 'Good' is to demand a world with no 'Meaning.

@DamyzB @DeeWaynee94 The parent analogy doesn't work here. If you argue that there is no higher love than God building into us the ability to control our destiny, you must accept that he also built into us the weaknesses that he subsequently punishes us for. Parents have no control over this biology

Because once your god is all-knowing and all-powerful, not saving everyone becomes a choice, not a limitation. Creating people he knows will end up in hell, when he could have made a world without that outcome, isn’t love or justice. It’s theology trying to make cruelty sound holy.

@Karigwe @TitilayoEbunol2 NASA still says “The sun rises at 6am” in 2026. If God spoke in pure astrophysics to a Bronze Age culture, the message would be lost in the technicality To call a 'perspective' a 'lie' is just being pedantic. The sun 'standing still' is the observation; God doing it is the claim

Then why claim the sun was still and say it was god that did it? Even on long days, if you look at the sky, the sun is still moving. So he wasn’t just describing what he saw, he was making a divine claim. And the word of god shouldn’t be speaking based on how people see things. If it is truly inspired by the Holy Spirit, it should reflect truth, not human perspective. So why present it in a way that is inaccurate and still call it divine?

Christians abeg pardon me, I haven’t asked you guys questions in a while, With what we know scientifically today, the earth moves round the sun not the other way round. In Joshua 10:13 he asked god for the sun to stand still. Let’s say in his medieval human mind he didn’t know that the earth is the one that moves. How come the god that supposedly created this world didn’t correct him and allowed him to record that the sun stood still and the moon too? To make matters worse, in verse 14 it claimed that because this happened for a full day there’s no day like it before. Is Svalbard, Tromsø, Lofoten Islands till you reach North Pole a joke to you? Is it that god didn’t know how what he created works? How come this god didn’t know to reveal to him that in the North Pole we have six months of day and six months of night even if he didn’t know about the other towns? Abeg enlighten my canal mind.

@Nills1231 @Bill_Ballzack @DeeWaynee94 The parent analogy is to point out that comfort isn't the only metric for love, but if you take it to the extreme, it's important to note that just as a child will suffer the consequences of their disobedience, despite it not being the will of the parent, so will an unbeliever.

@DamyzB @Bill_Ballzack @DeeWaynee94 The difference is that the parents accept and love their children if they choose a different path. God abandons his children forever, even if they repent after death, which is what makes him cruel. A billion years of repentance and he just goes "Too late, hell is forever."

@Bill_Ballzack @DeeWaynee94 By your logic, all parents are evil since they groom, nurture, and eventually allow their offspring to live their own lives even if they could get hurt.. Why not just lock them up where they'd be safe and well provided for?

@Bill_Ballzack @DeeWaynee94 This argument assumes that the 'only' metric for love is comfort. But what if the highest form of love is giving a creature the autonomy to define its own destiny? You’re asking for a 'Safe' God, which defines him as a coder not a loving God.

@donrejubi @Tolks6 DNA to ascertain the parents are indeed the parents - if that checks, redo the genotype for both parents. The truth will be revealed in one or both steps Might as well redo all the siblings' tests while at it😎

@Tolks6 Two AA parents, all siblings AA and she’s SS? Without a twist, it's biologically impossible. I'd say, lab errors, hidden parental genotypes, or even a hospital baby switch decades ago might result to this. DNA test for the family would solve the mystery fast.

Something very strange happened to a lady. She came from a family of four children, both parents alive. Both parents were AA. So naturally, all the children were AA too. That was the assumption. Everything was fine… until this lady turned 27. She started falling sick. Not just normal sickness, frequent, painful episodes. Her roommate, who was a nurse, got concerned and took her to the school health center. They ran tests. Then one doctor said something that didn’t make sense: “This looks like a sickle cell crisis.” She laughed it off. The doctor didn’t laugh back. He handed her the result. Genotype: SS “How is that possible? I’m AA.” She didn’t believe it. She went to another hospital. Same result. Another lab. Same result. Four different tests. SS. SS. SS. SS. Since that day, the crises haven't stopped. But the mystery is deeper than the pain. To be SS, you must inherit an S gene from both parents. If the mother is AA, she has no S to give. Even if the father was someone else, the math is still not mathing. So, how does a child of two AA parents become SS at 27? Were the parents carrying a secret genotype they didn't know about? Or was there a switch in the hospital 27 years ago? Some stories don’t just shake your body… They shake everything you thought you knew. A true story.

@Atomsmade @WizzyXchange5 Lol.. Atheism offers you nothing, allows justification of nothingness because that's all you are. Why put in effort - it's all nothing, why do the right thing instead of what I want to do since it's all nothing. From nothing you came to nothing you shall return.

“I am not agnostic. I am an atheist. I don't think there is no God I know there's no God the same way I know many other laws in the universe. I know there's no God and I know most of the world knows that as well. They just won't admit it because there's another thing they know. They know they're going to die and it freaks them out. So, most people don't have the courage to admit there's no God and they know it. They feel it. They try to suppress it. And if you bring it up, they get angry because it freaks them out." - Adam Carolla

Even Hollywood no fit write these real Nigerian stories…
Elliot@elliot_solution

A Nigerian Governor dressed as a woman to escape money laundering charges in London. He was arrested at Heathrow Airport in 2005. Charged with money laundering. Released on bail with three conditions. Surrender your passport. Report to police every single day. Do not go within 3 miles of any airport or port. He dressed as a woman. Used forged documents. Took the Eurostar to Paris. Flew to Cameroon. Entered Nigeria by speedboat through the creeks of the Niger Delta. He held a press conference when he landed. Said God brought him home. Thousands lined the streets cheering. But why was he in London in the first place? His official salary as Governor was less than $1,000 a month. Police had raided his London home. They found £1 million in cash on the floor. Not in a safe rather on the floor. Then they found four properties in London worth £10 million. Then they found £1.8 million across his bank accounts. He was impeached after returning. Arrested in Nigeria. Pleaded guilty to six corruption charges in 2007. Sentenced to two years on each count. Walked out the same day. Time already served. In 2013 President Goodluck Jonathan gave him a full presidential pardon. The same Goodluck Jonathan who became Bayelsa Governor the day DSP was impeached. He pardoned his own predecessor. Nigeria never sent him back to the UK. He died free in 2015. His name is DSP Alamieyeseigha. 🇳🇬
