@virginmedia Still going around in circles with this. Account has now been locked for over 5 weeks and I am unable to access services. Nobody seems to care or want to help and I keep receiving generic messages every time I follow up. Complaint reference: C-290426679

Hi. I missed a call from the complaints team last week. I have sent my availability for this week via DM. Please can somebody call me as soon as possible as this really needs sorting now. I don’t have access to services I am paying for, which is a breach of contract.

@virginmedia VM/O2 account locked for security reasons. Spoke with someone on chat who requested it be unlocked within 5 days. This never happened. Called and asked again for my account to be unlocked. Again told this would be done. Hasn’t. Can this be escalated? I need access.

Representative also closed the chat without giving reason as to why I am not entitled to a refund, and before I could download transcript. Very disappointed with service from AirNZ.

@FlyAirNZ 20/01/25 flight BNE-WLG cancelled. Auto re-booked on flight 21/01/25, not suitable. NZ consumer protection law and ticket T&Cs state we are entitled to refund as this cancellation is the fault of AirNZ. Why are customer support saying we are not entitled to refund?

My job as a research fellow at one of the world's best universities (a requirement of which is a doctorate) pays less than this and so, on this definition, I am an unskilled worker who wouldn't be allowed into the country. This system is utterly ridiculous..
