@johncardillo I don't disagree that many have become Jack booted, and our former Agency is a prime example, we're cutting felons loose but ticketing people who look at the ocean is a good thing. But I've seen good responses from Chief's & Sherriffs nationwide. I'm hopeful to a degree.
