Ticketmaster is giving you a false answer. Reality is you can't cancel people selling their tickets because its a right. You own what you pay for and can do whatever you wanna do with it. Now TM is ignoring basic free rights you have so people need to list tickets on viagogo with wrong seat details. Now ticketmaster can't cancel them at all because if they cancel seat 1 and 2 of row 4, it's someone else their seat. Standing tickets are obviously completely impossible lol Just be prepared because this will become the standard when Ticketmaster gets their way like in Ireland. Expect retail prices of artists to double or triple, much more platinum seating, less tickets on the resale market = higher prices there too and 0 security you can enter with your ticket with no money back like most marketplaces have right now
