Few things are more radiographically satisfying than watching embolysate penetrate subdural membranes during an MMA embolization for subdural hematoma. This is a great example of #Onyx18 penetration via a parietal MMA branch @Medtronic_NV @JNIS_BMJ @CooperNeuroSurg @svinsociety
