A significant portion of our students have been labeled. ADHD. Dyslexic. On the spectrum. Twice-exceptional. Learning disabled. This has been true at every school I have ever attended. Here is what I have learned: the labels describe how a child interacts with a particular system. They do not describe the child. A student transferred from New Jersey, classified as having learning difficulties so severe that he had a full-time student aide in his public middle school following him around to support him all day. He entered our program and was transformed completely. His mother wrote about his transformation in the 2e Newsletter. Something we have leaned into at The Socratic Experience is explicitly marketing to entrepreneurial, creative, and intellectual students. It turns out, of course, that many adult entrepreneurs and creators are themselves neurodiverse. So, promoting entrepreneurship and creativity is a positive way to welcome families of neurodiverse children without defining the child by a diagnosis. We are a strong option for twice-exceptional students, many of whom may be gifted but also on the spectrum, or gifted and dyslexic. The combinations are many. What they share is that a standard classroom was not built for how they think. Ours was.

Who wants to tell the parents that far too many drills limit brain engagement of their children? 😳 ✔️The proof shows up on brain scans. Using fMRI, Cross, Schmitt, and Grafton (2007) demonstrated greater cortical motor activity when participants practiced motor sequences in a varied, contextually rich environment compared to blocked, repetitive practice. In other words, the brain is more engaged — not less — when the environment is unpredictable and pressured. Multiple studies using EEG and fMRI have confirmed that contextually rich practice increases activity across cognitive, sensory, and motor regions of the brain simultaneously, in ways that blocked, repetitive practice simply does not. #TOVO #intelligentfootball

Black voters in Memphis went to the polls. Exercised the sacred right Democrats claim to protect. Chose their congressional representative. The Congressional BLACK Caucus looked at their choice and said: wrong. You picked a white man. Denied. Democrats deciding which Black votes count. In 2026. Thread 👇

@BskiMike22802 again hits the nail on the head. As a child, we were poor and we went to the church basement in a neighboring town. You were given "surplus" food from government price support programs including flour, sugar, meats, oatmeal, dried milk, cheese (government cheese was legendary) as well as veggies and other foodstuff. All healthy. All prepackaged. Amount was based upon family size and income. You had incentive to get off the program because you did not want to be known as a grifter so people discussed job possibilities at the monthly gathering. It worked, we ate healthy, and we all got jobs to help out as soon as we could. Going to the "snap card" does not provide the same quality of food unless one already knows how to eat. We need to go back to the future. Thanks Mike for pointing this out! @BrookeLRollins @potus @VP @elonmusk

Out of every disgusting, dishonest piece of filth the mainstream media has produced about Hurricane Helene... This is the worst. 60 Minutes has NEVER done a story on the families FEMA denied. They NEVER mentioned the Amish, who are STILL in the mountains rebuilding homes 550 days later. They NEVER mentioned Jake Jarvis, who has worked 550 days STRAIGHT FOR FREE for Hurricane Helene victims. Instead, they dug up some fringe conspiracy angle to smear the people who actually showed up as White Nationalists. I'm so angry. Let me tell you what 60 Minutes will NEVER report on I was there. I lived it. I am still here. I shared every story I could find. Me, my wife, hundreds of volunteers delivered RVs to mothers holding babies who were sleeping in TOOL SHEDS AND TENTS in the freezing cold, in the mountains. Because their homes had been ripped off the side of a mountain and washed down the French Broad. So tell me 60 Minutes... WHERE WAS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT? Tell me, WHY did all these volunteers NEED to show up? Any thoughts on that?!!!!! Any investigation AT ALL into the federal or state government's response to Hurricane Helene? Please tell me... if the federal government was doing such a GREAT JOB, why did we need to put victims in RVs... ...A MONTH AFTER THE HURRICANE?!!!!!!! Literally every single victim you talk to in Western North Carolina has a horror story about dealing with FEMA... ...and guess who they will all say actually cam through for them? Neighbors. Church groups. The Amish. The Cajun Navy. Shawn Hendricks. Samaritan's Purse. MercuryOne. The Mission Mules hauling insulin up washed-out roads, ONLY ACCESSIBLE by mules. Greg Biffle burning his own fuel in helicopters. Veterans like Adam Smith who organized helicopter rescues with other veterans BY HIMSELF and then was demonized by the media for it. Volunteers like Jake Jarvis working TO THIS DAY, 550 days later without ANY PAY AT ALL. THOSE ARE THE STORIES FROM HURRICANE HELENE WORTH TELLING. But 60 Minutes won't tell ANY OF THEM. Because the truth makes the federal government the villain and the "deplorables" are actually the heroes in this story and they can NEVER admit that. So instead they smeared the rescuers as white nationalists. This is unforgivable. I was there. I saw it with my own eyes. And I will BE DAMNED if I let CBS rewrite the history of what happened to my mountains.

BREAKING: SCOTUS just exposed the Democrats’ oldest trick in Louisiana v. Callais. No more using race to draw 250-mile snake districts for guaranteed seats. The outrage from the Left is loud… and very telling. Tag the blue-checks losing their minds right now. Full post + audio clip ⬇️

The Supreme Court just said what we’ve all known: You can’t keep packing Black voters into racial districts just to guarantee Democrat seats. Left is in full meltdown mode over Louisiana v. Callais. No, the form isn't real—it's a labeled "DRAFT" mock-up (titled "Annual Everyone Tax (formerly Billionaire Tax)") created to illustrate a slippery-slope argument. The actual 2026 California Billionaire Tax Act (initiative 25-0024) is a **one-time** 5% tax on net worth over $1B (with a smaller tier for $1B–$1.1B) for CA residents as of Jan 1, 2026. It requires a one-time declaration + valuations/appraisals only for those who owe it, filed with 2026 taxes—not annual for everyone. Chamath's post speculates on future expansions via the framework, but that's not in the current proposal.

As you go to work today and settle into the week, please study the form below. You will soon need to fill this out EVERY year and tell the government what you own and then allow them to tell you how much its worth. That is the framework that is enabled by the Trojan Horse "Billionaire Tax" that is trying to get passed. Give them credit: they cleverly use Billionaires as the hook, but build in the language and the framework that will allow the Legislature to simply extend the tax to everyone and make it yearly. And this is where the form below comes in... In this case, ask yourself, will it be you or the Billionaires that will be able to fill this out properly and avoid penalties. As much as Billionaires can be pushed to do more for society, we all know that they have the infrastructure to manage these kinds of disclosures...middle class Californians do not and they will be the ones that get penalized in the end.

The Penguins *allowed* just 0.77 expected goals during 5-on-5 play last night. That is their third-lowest number since 2007. The Flyers are not even trying to generate offense. They are simply waiting for the Penguins to make a mistake. Their patience is being rewarded.

The discredited, scandal-ridden smear factory known as the SPLC is about to publish a hit piece doxxing several of our “Not the Bee” writers who wished to remain anonymous so they could speak freely, without fear. The SPLC extracted sensitive information from our site, then used that information to contact our writers directly. I’ve included a screenshot of one of these emails below. We’re determining how they obtained this information, but we already know why they went digging for it. They did it because they’re left-wing activists masquerading as journalists. They did it because they lack principles. They did it because they’re vindictive bullies who've admitted their aim is to “completely destroy” individuals and organizations they disagree with by making them pay a steep price for speaking freely. As a public figure, I’ve been attacked many times. It comes with the territory, and I accept that. What I won’t accept is the doxxing and smearing of our staff because they said some things the SPLC doesn’t like.

Let's tie some things together. Bear with me for a second. First, consider Data Republican's expose below highlighting the importance of turning a nation's security forces as the essential component of a color revolution. Then consider the DOJ's recent revelation that the Southern Poverty Law Center was funding the marginalized white supremacist groups it claims to oppose, both as a fundraising means from their own donors AND to create a false image of large scale white supremacy threats in the USA. FINALLY, consider the words of former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General (Ret.) Mark Milley, speaking before Congress in 2021: ". . . it is important that we train and we understand, and I want to understand white rage, and I'm white." Connect the dots. Whether by deliberate conspiracy or an unspoken conspiracy between fellow travelers, the SPLC is at the heart of a plot to overthrow the American Experiment. Whatever outrage we all feel is probably insufficient. We have become numb to the nefarious actions of Democrats, but THIS calls for a quadrupling of outrage. We all must do our part to educate, and do not back down when your leftist families and friends pretend this is all MAGA hogwash. Our very lives as Americans depend on it.

🧵 THREAD: The true reason Pete Hegseth is being targeted is because he's standing between President Trump and a coup @PeteHegseth named the institutions... CFR, Brookings, the general class... in 37 seconds in a video by @Liz_Wheeler . Within 72 hours of his nomination, a color revolution planning document cited him as an insider threat. They didn't go after him because of drinking. They didn't go after him because of women. They went after him because every color revolution manual ever written says the same thing: you cannot topple a government unless the security forces defect. And a loyal Secretary of Defense is the one person who makes sure they don't. I have the receipts. Their own documents. Their own training sessions. Their own words on camera. As always, patience as I pull together the thread. 👇

Look at the two goals they allowed with a goalie in the net last night. 1) Connor Clifton doing Connor Clifton things (making mistakes) 2) The power play stepping on a series of rakes (making mistakes) Both easily avoidable. But they couldn't avoid them.

Dear @RepJayapal, Oh good. The "fair share" argument. My personal favorite. Let me give you something called FACTS, since that appears to be the road less traveled in your caucus. The top 1% of earners already pay approximately 40% of ALL federal income taxes collected. The top 10% pay roughly 70%. The bottom 50% pay about 3%. If that is not their "fair share," I am genuinely curious what number would satisfy you -- and why you have never once said what it is. But here is the part that is really going to sting. The overwhelming majority of American millionaires are FIRST GENERATION wealthy. Not inherited. Not trust funds. Built. According to multiple studies, roughly 80% of millionaires in this country are first-generation -- meaning they earned it themselves, frequently from nothing. They are the plumber who turned a truck into a business, the immigrant who built a restaurant empire, the engineer who didn't buy the new car every two years. The "generational wealth hoarding" narrative you are selling is a political campfire story, not an economic reality for most of that 1%. And since you co-introduced this with @SenWarren, let us talk about the broader club for a moment. Your colleague Bernie Sanders spent decades railing against "millionaires AND billionaires." Then his book royalties made him a millionaire. Overnight -- I mean almost to the DAY -- his stump speech quietly changed to just "billionaires." The millionaires disappeared from the enemy list right around the time he joined them. Three houses later, he is still your movement's prophet of economic justice. I am sure that is just a coincidence. Now. Here is the part I genuinely LOVE. You serve in Congress. Per public financial disclosures, the median Senate net worth is approximately $4.4 MILLION -- roughly 70 TIMES the typical American household. Around 73 of 100 Senators are millionaires. The body that least resembles average Americans on wealth is, historically, the body DEMANDING wealth taxes on everyone else. Quinn's Law #25: "Liberals are great at giving away other people's money." You are not fighting inequality, Congresswoman. You are performing it. IF you agree: LIKE this post so the algorithm shows it to people who need to read it. SHARE this. Use it. COMMENT below: what IS their "fair share," specifically? Give me a number. And if you want MORE -- JOIN Bski's Classroom community on X or YouTube. But what do I know -- I am only a science teacher who actually reads the IRS data instead of just quoting it selectively. #MAGA #Veterans #Trump
