Next time you wait 12 hours to be seen by a doctor in A&E, remember that 14 doctors applied to treat you.
Doctors are unemployed, and cannot find work, whilst patients wait longer.

Why are resident doctors going on strike? While patients wait longer to be seen in A&E, too many qualified doctors who could treat them can’t get a training job.

@hlnewey I think we were probably similar! Didn’t mind the physics having done engineering but chemistry and biology meant learning it for the first time since GCSE to such a ridiculous level. The things we do for this job…

@Daniel1Taylor Absolutely. I was gutted that physics was weighted so poorly. Hadn't even thought about a cell or one whole organic chemistry in nearly 10 years.

Heading to a wedding today after finishing my week of nights, so I’d say the odds are pretty high that all it’s going to take is one glass of fizz and I’ll be asleep in the corner by 4pm
