No validators, no security, no trust, just an idea and a long, expensive climb before anything was safe enough to hold real value. The Blockchain Incubator Model flips that order. A new chain starts nested, borrowing the safety of everything already planted around it, and only later grows its own independent roots once it has actually earned the right to stand alone. Nobody clears a forest to plant one tree in real life.
