I saw a guy saying, “This woman should never be allowed in a church.”
Personally, I think she should be welcomed.
What do you think, would she be welcome in your church?
This morning, I helped a family move to their new home in the surrounding area. While moving the last couch, I fell off the U-Haul and took a dive. The only thing that saved my face from becoming a bowl of marinerra sauce was a perfectly placed bush.
It was Conference miracle!
@TresClare I know he still loved us all very dearly, but he wasnt the same when he came back from his trip between the Worlds. He saw something and he yearned for it.
Me: “Lord, why did you take Elder Holland from is so soon?”
Lord: “He was 85?? I tried to take him earlier but everyone started freaking out and fasting so I let him stay a little longer.”
Me: “….I guess that’s fair.”
Have you noticed how dry and repetitive Anti arguments have become? I'm sick of talking about the trinity. Ask us about the Pre-existence, the three degrees of Glory and the War in Heaven. Those would be much more interesting discussions.
@Jtnutt310 They argue the trinity because that's the only thing they have on us. They don't know our faith well enough to argue any other points. I wish they would learn about the Plan of Salvation so that we can have a good conversation about Jesus Christ.
@bigmommaJMCZA The last time I had a friend ask me about our doctrine, I turned the tables on him and kindly asked him where he believes we came from. The juxtaposition left him speechless to say the least. We are not as boring or dumb a faith as they make us out to be.
@DanielEvensen@j_divis Joseph Smith. Since we are told he translated these golden plates by looking at rocks in a hat, then those characters came from his mind.
@SteveMc74806767@IliadIndustries We venerate the events that took place in Garden of Gethsemane because they prepared Christ for the Cross. His agony in the Garden did not replace his agony and atonement at the Cross.
@IliadIndustries The Latter-Day Saints are the only religion who interprets this verse as Jesus actually sweating blood. That’s not the case. They have placed the Garden of Gethsemane as the event that atoned for sin rather than the Cross.
Why does the entire Christian world- save seemingly the Latter-day Saints only- seem to gloss over this verse if not ignore it completely?
“Luke 22:44 And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.”
Sure it’s an entertaining story for some. But it was written by a false prophet according to Deuteronomy 18:21 so it is not truth. Read the Bible for truth.
“The book seems to be merely a prosy detail of imaginary history, with the Old Testament for a model; followed by a tedious plagiarism of the New Testament.” Mark Twain
If she will be properly educated what P'rome'theism did to her therefore you and the entire world as you know - Mother nature then you will find out.

Christ's journey to the Cross began in the Garden of Gethsemane.
Before He was tried, He was betrayed.
Before He was crowned with thorns, He was in agony.
Before He suffered and died, He was alone.
As Christ prepared for His task, may we prepare our hearts for His return!
