The service from @currys is as bad as it gets. 'Ready to collect in store in 2 days' was a lie. It's 3 days later, I've received no communication, and the guy on their live chat just apologised for the delivery team. I still don't know when it will be ready. Don't shop at Currys.

Never seen anything more disgraceful than the toilet situation at @ThePeninsulist by the O2. Five toilets (nowhere near enough) but only two working (three out of order). It's borderline illegal and certainly ethically unacceptable.

Being told at 11.20am (after zero communication up to that point) that the 11.00 coach to Poole is delayed is most unhelpful. Being told that they can't locate the coach and don't know when or if it will arrive doesn't help either.

Does @RBKingston think it's acceptable to change their parking permit website, which then breaks and becomes unusable, and then put me on hold for half an hour (and counting) when trying to get through to a human? Disgraceful.

We have some major announcements today here at The Spectator. Fraser Nelson is to step down as Editor, after 15 incredibly successful years. He leaves the magazine modernised, digitised and with more readers than ever before. I am delighted to say he will continue to write for The Spectator and will become Associate Editor. Michael Gove will become the new Editor on October 4th, pending final approval from Acoba. Michael was a journalist for 17 years prior to entering politics and becoming One of the longest serving cabinet ministers of the past 100 years. Alongside his political and journalistic nous, Michael brings a love of books, philosophy, art, opera — and a mischievous sense of humour. He is perfectly suited to the role, and I can't wait to work together. Charles Moore has been appointed non-executive Chairman of The Spectator, with the specific brief of safeguarding editorial independence and the soul of the publication. Having been associated with The Spectator for more than 40 years, as a former Editor and most recently columnist, there can be nobody better suited to this important role. As Publisher of The Spectator and CEO of the group company, I will be responsible for overall strategy and ensuring that the various moving parts work well together. I am excited to work with Michael and Charles to bring the wit and wisdom of The Spectator to new audiences. It's an honour and it's going to be a lot of fun. Let's go!

Intermittent internet from @virginmedia for a week now. Every day I get a notification saying that it will be fixed the following day, but this keeps getting pushed back. At what point do I get a discount for the affected month? Should I be paying full price for half a service?

@DanielMalinsWP Hi Daniel👋. Apologies for the issues that you having with an outage in your area. The fix dates that are advised are only an estimation & may change, this can be down to third parties or situations beyond our control that can prolong a fixed from being completed.

Can someone at @DAZNBoxing please explain why they make it impossible to cancel a subscription? You end up in a never-ending doom loop because of a bug with their chat bot system. Can this be addressed asap?

Can someone at @marksandspencer help? My order was supposed to be delivered on 19 April but it still hasn't arrived. When I track the order it still says 'estimated delivery 19 April.' see image below. I feel helpless, especially as the contact number was effectively unusable.
