@growing_daniel A lot a lee a closed loop system ( like home radiators) however a lot are constant potable water. Closed loop uses more electricity than open loop. You either use more water with lower electricity usage or less water and larger electricity usage.

Someone explain how a single person on minimum wage in the UK is meant to build any sort of life anymore? Because the numbers genuinely make no sense. You work full-time. You show up, do your job, pay your taxes, and after everything comes out you’re left with around £1,700 a month. Then the real fun begins. Rent: £800 if you manage to find one of the cheaper places. Council tax: £120. Gas, electric, water, internet, phone: easily £350. Food: £70 a week just to eat. That’s your entire income basically gone before you’ve even done anything. No savings. No holidays. No unexpected expenses. No replacing your car when it breaks. No emergency money. Just working all month to make sure you can afford to work next month. And then someone who bought their first house for the price of a Tesco meal deal tells you that the issue is “people don’t work hard enough”. The reality is simple. A full time job used to be the way you built a future. For a lot of people now, it’s just the thing that stops them falling behind.
