What a player. Really hard to think of a better era for Welsh Rugby than 05 to 21.
I know people will go straight back to the 70’s etc and golden era, but in time I think people will come to realise this generation was one of the very best vintages across the British Isles. 🏴

🇪🇹 Yomif Kejelcha, today's London Marathon runner-up in 1:59:41 (second man in history to run a legal sub-2), applauded Sabastian Sawe for taking the extra step for more anti-doping testing ahead of the world record run. Kejelcha says he would also participate in more testing before his next marathon.
Kejelcha is also sponsored by adidas, which provided the funds to the Athletics Integrity Unit to handle Sawe's additional testing.

@BBCBreaking Impressive run, but the official sub-2 marathon hasn’t been achieved yet. Kipchoge came closest in a controlled event.
That would be historic, but it hasn’t happened in official race conditions yet.

Set a treadmill at 21kph ( max most will go to) and try to run for 30 seconds on it.
That's what he did for 1 hour, 59 minutes and 30 seconds.
The peak of human physical achievement. Insane, absolutely insane.

Haotong Li went into Amen Corner @TheMasters and got a 10 on par 5 and dropped so far that he lost $600k in money. Instead of slamming his driver into a cooler or ripping a clubhouse, he laughed at himself and made fun of himself on IG. In a world of Sergio’s and Wyndham Clark’s just be a Haotong Li.
