@AndresSoldano @Formula360es Wrong. The POLE record is 234.220. Arie’s 236.986 mph avg is the qualifying record, however it was not the pole setting lap speed due to the qualifying format. The OP is correct

AWN: If you are not doing it now, please take a minute and follow the Alabama Weather Network on social platforms, and have the AWN app installed on your TV, phone, and tablet. While Alabama's tornado season runs from November through May, two of the most active months are March and April. I have been doing weather professionally for 47 years, and I have never had so many resources. A large team of experienced meteorologists, dozens and dozens of high resolution cameras, a team of responsible chasers and drone operators in the field. AWN coverage is second to none, and it is visually interesting. AWN provides long form coverage for all 67 Alabama counties. It doesn't matter which National Weather Service provides warnings, or your TV market. It doesn't matter if your county is one of the least populated in the state, or if big cities are there. The coverage is the same for everyone. It is also important to note we don't use scare tactics on routine weather days. When the weather is truly dangerous. and life threatening, we will use very bold language when needed.

@Brady_Wx Making graphics like these in the TV software is often more cumbersome than just plotting the data and adding the rest of the context in Photoshop. With that said, just dropping into AI and telling it to add text is flat out lazy. We have the tools to do better than this

Just saw these posted by a local TV met in Atlanta. Seriously not trying to drag any meteorologists or stations here, but the counties are completely wrong. Can’t plots like these be autogenerated by MAX/LYNX? Why have AI generate these? I don’t get it.

@CC_StormWatch @RAE_147 It’s all still free on your website, so I don’t see any issue with asking to be paid for your work. If we had a network of shelters down here I’d license just because it’s more convenient to show it through the TV graphics software
